Position Summary

UNCG is partnering with Wellness Council of America (WELCOA) and its members as a conduit for faculty members and students to interact with WELCOA, its members and local businesses with workplace wellness programs and to develop new collaborative research initiatives. This position will manage the partnership between UNCG and WELCOA. The WELCOA Manager will be responsible for oversight and development of the partnership and contribute significantly to the data management and analysis, publishing and grant/contract work of the team.

The position will interface with WELCOA, its members and faculty and staff of UNCG.

Minimum Qualifications

The candidate must have a Master's in health education and enrolled in a PhD program within health education. Strong quantitative skills and experience with worksite wellness data, including a publication record using worksite wellness data is required.The candidate should have a history of working with a variety of partners such as faculty, students and community partners.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience working as part of a collaborative worksite wellness research team and facilitating collaboration with external partners is preferred.
