Position Summary

Applications are being accepted for the full-time, year-round position of Associate Director, Operations & Career Coaching. This position Serves as a member of the Career Institute programming and support team. Responsible for developing, promoting, and assessing activities that enable students to explore, refine, and advance academic and professional interests and obtain successful outcomes upon graduation.

Bachelor's degree and relevant experience in an academic or professional field.

Preferred Skills

Ability to take personal/professional initiative, with strong task orientation and commitment to follow-through; knowledge of and dedication to liberal arts education; proactive attitude toward student capacities and potential; and excellent interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills. Previous advising, training, project management, and process improvement experience strongly preferred.

Working Conditions

Work performed primarily while seated in an office environment.  Some travel between offices and buildings using stairs is required. All requirements are subject to change over time, with reasonable modifications made to accommodate individuals with disabilities.
