Job Description:

The College Registrar serves as chief of admissions and registration services with responsibility for the overall operational and fiscal management, leadership, planning and organization of College-wide student admissions, registration, records, imaging, transcript processing, transcript evaluation, graduation and certification (including veterans and student athletes) and is an integral member of the College management teams. The College Registrar is also responsible for the development, implementation and administration of College-wide policies and procedures in compliance with legislative statutes and state regulations and coordinating with IT support in the implementation.

Duties & Responsibilities:

•Directs the activities of all functional areas in the College-wide Registrar’s Office, including Transcript Processing Services and Transcript Evaluation Services, as well as oversees all campus Admissions and Registration Offices that manage student admissions, registration, graduation, records, foreign credential processing, subpoenas, imaging and certifications, including certification of veteran students
•Provides leadership to College administration, faculty, staff, students and community related to admissions and registration functions  
•Responsible for developing, administering, coordinating IT system support and implementing College-wide policies and procedures in compliance with legislative statutes and state regulations regarding admissions, registration, records and certification of veterans and student athletes
•Maintains close working relationships with Campus Presidents, Deans and other personnel throughout the College

Minimum Requirements: 

•Master's degree with course work in an appropriate field and six (6) years of administrative experience in higher education with three (3) years in a supervisory capacity in a registration/admissions office; or Bachelor’s degree and ten (10) years of experience in higher education with three (3) years in a supervisory capacity in a registration/admissions office
•All degrees must be from a regionally accredited institution
•Knowledge of PeopleSoft Student Information System, Microsoft Office software and specific computer software applications
