We invite candidates to apply for our Administrative Assistant to the Vice-President Administrative & Financial Services. The Administrative Assistant will work under the general supervision of the Vice-President. In addition, the Assistant will provide administrative and secretarial assistance in office management involving considerable discretion and confidentiality, and will serve as a backup to the Executive Assistant to the President as needed. The Assistant must be able to work independently on a variety of tasks, often researching topics and providing information to the Vice President. Responsible for demonstrating LSSC’s core value of Service Excellence; respect, competence, responsiveness, and collaboration, in all interactions.
QUALIFICATIONS: EDUCATION: High school diploma or equivalency required. Associate’s degree preferred.EXPERIENCE: Five years’ experience in duties related to support of an administrator. Highly organized with detailed knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 software programs including Outlook,Excel, Power Point, and Word.
