Subjects include:

Mathematics (Algebra through Calculus),
Science (Biology, Chemistry, and Physics)
English (Literature and composition)
Foreign Language (beginning through advanced Spanish)

Special Instructions to Applicants: This is a temporary summer position. Upward Bound summer classes run Monday through Thursday, June 18 - July 19, 2018. There are no classes on July 4 and 5, 2018. Instructors are scheduled for 8:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. Mandatory dates: Staff Orientation on June 11, 2018 from 8:00 a.m. - 11:00 a.m. Open House on Monday, July 23, 2018 from 5:00 p.m. - 7:00 p.m.

Targeted Hire Date: 5/21/2018

Position Qualifications: Bachelor's degree required.

Completed at least 1 year of teaching at the high school or college level. Substitute teaching experience will be considered.

Demonstrated ability to meet diverse learning requirements of students and experience working with diverse student populations.
