Job Duties: Work as the instructional coordinator for courses presented to medical students in the foundational phase of their curriculum. This position works directly with Course Directors to provide administrative and clerical support and information technology support for the foundational science courses. The support extends to lectures, laboratories and simulation exercises. * Prepare the classroom for lecture delivery. * Prepare the simulation center for laboratory exercises. * Build the electronically administered exam using ExamSoft. * Collect and organize student attendance daily using Turning Point Technologies. * Assist with the development, organization and distribution of course materials including Power Point slides and handouts. * Enter grades for assignments and tests into Blackboard. * Assist with the development of a course syllabus. * Send out access codes to each student before the start of Anatomy * Serve as a Proctor for computer based exams. * Reserve rooms * Send out reminder emails to clinician who lecture course 24 hrs prior to scheduled lecture. * Prepare laboratory for flipped classroom exercise
