Job Overview: 

In coordination with the College of Computing & Informatics (CCI) faculty and professional staff leadership, devise, implement, and evaluate programming for CCI's dynamic Corporate Partners Program (CPP). Steward and develop relationships to ensure partner satisfaction and ongoing participation and membership upgrades. Support Advancement Department and Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Communications with recruitment of new Partners and the development of innovative, industry-responsive programming to advance student recruitment and engagement priorities.

This role is supported fully or partially by external funds; therefore, this position and  the continuation of this position are contingent on receipt of those external funds.


* Bachelor's degree plus a minimum of five years relevant work experience required. 

* Excellent communication (oral and written), interpersonal, analytical and organizational skills required. 

* Ability to sustain relationships with prospective Partners, and interact via telephone and in person with Partner and University representatives.

* Demonstrated ability to take primary responsibility for diverse number of projects and to complete them in a timely manner with limited supervision.

* Excellent project planning, management and leadership skills.

* Experience in academia, information science/computer science fields or related industry highly desirable.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaborate with members across a large University community (faculty, professional staff and administrators) to achieve results.

* Exceptional professionalism and customer service acumen.

* Based on growth and expansion within the College, this position may expand to include supervision of 1-2 support staff positions. Therefore, demonstrated leadership ability and effective supervisory skills are strongly preferred.

Essential Functions:

* Provide exceptional customer service to current and prospective Corporate Partners.

* Manage operational aspects of CPP, including planning and scheduling of a wide range of events and targeted engagement and branding opportunities.

* Work closely with senior and departmental leadership and faculty members to expand and implement programming.

* In partnership with the Advancement Department, support acquisition, renewal, stewardship, recognition and annual recaps of Corporate Partners Program.

* Prepare regular reports on CPP activity.

* Enforce CPP branding and promote partnerships and program messaging per Drexel University branding guidelines across all CCI displays (websites, print, etc.).

* Work on special projects as needed at the discretion of the Executive Director of Strategic Partnerships and Communications.
