Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis - Tenure Track

Evidence of successful teaching, or a strong potential for successful teaching, is required for all positions. Undergraduate faculty share in the delivery of the general education program, most often by teaching within the university's interdisciplinary core.

The Department of Applied Behavior Analysis at Aurora University seeks a qualified candidate for an Assistant Professor of Applied Behavior Analysis beginning Fall 2018. Candidates for this position must hold a PhD in behavior analysis, psychology, or related fields (ABD will be considered), must hold BCBA or BCBA-D certification and must have previous teaching, research and clinical experience in behavior analytics. Successful candidates will be expected to teach undergraduate and graduate level behavior analysis courses.
Successful candidates will also supervise and develop student practicum experiences, supervise student research and capstone projects and assist in updating departmental course offerings to align with the BACB 5 th Edition Task List. As a participating member of the Aurora University faculty, the successful candidate will be expected to participate in relevant scholarly activities and department and university service activities.
