Position Summary: The incumbent provides high quality customer service to patients needing to be contacted in order to effectively schedule specialty referral appointments or to make appointment modifications as a result of operational changes. Provides outbound call center services across all clinical areas within the Medical Center, applying expert understanding of each clinic's unique scheduling requirements. Takes inbound calls from patients calling to obtain medical services as necessary. Serves as a preceptor for new staff.
