Advertised Job Summary: Manages and coordinates complex administrative and support functions for the Office of Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement. Provides administrative support to the Senior Associate Provost for Inclusion, Chief Diversity Officer, Director of Community Engagement and Special Advisor to the Provost for Strategic Planning (Chief Diversity Officer). Manages and coordinates a wide range of projects, programs and events in addition to coordinating/assisting with award/grant applications and annual reporting. Coordinates and administratively supports various university committees that are managed through the office. Creates agendas and records minutes of all meetings. Provides support and assists in the accumulation of information/data associated diversity (distribution) of students, faculty and staff across the university system.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree and 1 year related experience in business, public administration or administrative services, or bachelor's degree and 3 years related experience; or equivalency.
