Advertised Job Summary: Under the general supervision of the Assistant Dean for Administration, and under limited supervision of the Dean and the Associate Deans, the Dean's Suite Administrative Coordinator is responsible for performing general administrative tasks in the Dean's suite, including: assisting in adjunct faculty hiring; research assistant hiring; assisting in miscellaneous HR tasks; processing invoices and reimbursements; organizing, preparing and processing travel plans and reimbursements for members of the Dean's suite, and the directors of Pro Bono, Experiential Learning and Academic Success programs; ordering supplies for the Dean's suite; serving as the coordinator for ABA, US News and University reporting, and managing the administrative tasks necessary for contracts. The Coordinator serves as back-up for the assistant to the Dean and the Associate Deans and works with other members of the Dean's suite support staff to ensure the suite operates effectively and efficiently at all times. This requires cooperating, communicating, cross-training and working with all members of the support staff team.
Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Bachelor's degree and 2 years related experience in business management, public administration, or administrative services; or equivalency.
