Position Status: Full-Time
Shooting Sports Education Center. Reporting to the Assistant Director, the Head Coach of Archery serves as the leader in Archery instruction and Archer development providing instruction and guidance on rules and safety regulations, proper technique for shooting a bow and arrow, and proper procedures for utilizing the SSEC Archery Center.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
Effective communication (verbal and written), organization and human relations skills; ability to work well in a diverse environment; proficiency with computer and Microsoft Office Applications software including word processing, spreadsheets, and databases; successful completion of background investigation prior to employment.
Master’s Degree, Level 3 USA Archery NTS Coach Certification or equivalent
Experience as a JOAD, 4-H, or club level archery coach; experience in supervising and developing part-time staff; experience in Archery Tournament/Competition operations.
Salary Range: Commensurate with experience
