Brief Summary of Work for this Position:
Provides general office support, receptionist for Department of History and assists the department chair
Inputs the department course schedule into Banner
Maintains department files
Provides support for faculty searches
Manages keys and building access
Places faculty book orders
Coordinates departmental events
Assists in the supervision of student workers in coordination with the department chair
N.C. Minimum Required Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities:
High school diploma or equivalency; or demonstrated possession of the competencies necessary to perform the work.

Strong organizational skills & self motivation

University experience or office environment experience
Recruitment Range: $29,194 -$34,194
