Posting Summary:
The Department of Pediatrics, Division of Nephrology is seeking an intermediate administrative assistant to provide senior level administrative and clerical support to the Director of the CHRC and other division faculty members and lab personnel. The candidate will coordinate meetings, events and travel, prepare presentations and update the CHRC website.

The candidate must possess superior written and verbal communication skills as well as strong organizational and administrative abilities. The candidate must show initiative and flexibility to respond to the varying demands of working in a fast-paced environment. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required. A Bachelor's degree may be considered in lieu of experience. Candidates must have a minimum of 4 years of administrative support.

Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Ability to create, compose, and edit written materials.
Ability to analyze and solve problems.
Ability to make administrative/procedural decisions.
Ability to effectively communicate in writing and orally.
Knowledge of basic office practice and procedures.
