We invite candidates to apply for our Network Administrator position. The Administrator will work with network infrastructure and servers on a daily basis. In addition, will plan and implement new equipment and technologies as needed. The Administrator will work with all departments to facilitate network usability and reliability. Ability to work a flexible schedule including emergencies and after hours support/implementations and planning. Required to lift maximum of 30 pounds.  Responsible for demonstrating LSSC’s core value of Service Excellence, respect, competence, responsiveness, and collaboration, in all interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

EDUCATION:    Associate degree with five years of work experience in a computer-related field or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science and three years computer field related experience.  Additional professional certification desired i.e.: MCP/CNA. In lieu of degree, consideration can be given for extra recent years of experience as approved by the President.

EXPERIENCE: Work experience with client server database systems, network routing and switching, PC hardware and operating system software, Microsoft network operating systems, 3rd party network connected equipment/services and network management.
