Assoc Vice President of Administration & Finance

Description/Job Summary
The Associate Vice President for Administration and Finance reporting to the Vice President for Administration and Finance (VPAF), and potentially overseeing various departments as the number two person is responsible for identifying, managing, and resolving special projects in the Administration and Finance Division. This position plays an administrative role, highly strategic and facilitative one that requires a combination of focus and flexibility, as well as a willingness to play an active, behind-the-scenes role for the Division.
Required Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in business, administration, finance, or related field.
  • Demonstrated success and progressively responsible experience in administrative and/or financial management.
  • Must possess strong leadership and organizational skills, and ability to present oral and written reports.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to form collaborative relations with all members of the College and BCCC stakeholder community.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Higher education work experience a plus, but not required
  • Administrative or Finance related graduate degree
  • Certification in administrative or financial related field (example PMP, CPA)
