ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT II
Position Summary: The Clinic Administrative Assistant schedules patient appointments, greets and registers patients, manages telephone calls to the assigned clinic, enters patient and other critical data, verifies charges, and performs other clerical functions in the outpatient clinics. Works closely with other members of the patient care team. Reports to and is directly supervised by the Medical Clinic Blue Manager.
Responsibilities: Answers telephone, schedules appointments, checks in/out and directly interacts with patients. Monitors schedules to identify staffing needs and special circumstances.
Qualifications: Depending on departmental requirements, high school diploma or equivalent OR two years of relevant experience OR Associate's Degree may be required.
