Duties: The Admin Coordinator, reporting directly to the Director of Education for the Master's in Public Health (MPH) program, will provide a wide and diverse range of administrative and logistical support for the Director and program. Duties include:
Liaise with MPH teaching faculty
Provide logistical coordination for MPH capstone presentations and MPH graduation
Coordinate program-wide and committee meetings, from scheduling to taking and distributing meeting minutes
Support budgeting and bookkeeping procedures
Provide logistical support for student-centered events, such as new student orientation and informational sessions

Qualifications: A High School diploma and 5 to 7 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience required. College degree or coursework strongly preferred. Ability to multi-task with attention to detail and strong Microsoft Office Suite skill set. Must be able to remain calm during stressful periods, prioritize work load, and be capable of working on multiple tasks simultaneously. Need to be organized and able to establish methods for managing large volumes of data in a well structured manner. Must be able to use telephone and operate standard office machines. Must have the ability to work independently and function as part of a team. Must have superior communication and customer service skills, with experience and ability to interact with multiple internal and external contacts. Knowledge of Penn campus as well as Penn systems is strongly preferred.
