IT PROJECT LEADER
Duties: Reporting to the Manager of Infrastructure Operations Recovery Services, manage IT projects in ISC Infrastructure Operations (IO); support daily activities around the development, implementation, and documentation of the ISC Disaster Recovery program; support the planning and execution of Penn's Mission Continuity program for Infrastructure Operations; attend and document meetings in support of the Business Continuity Steering Group (BCSG); participate in meetings and assist in developing the tactical plans for the Next Generation of Disaster Recovery (NGDR); work in a team environment and interact with various colleagues across ISC; work with the Manager on adhoc projects and ensure that activities are in accordance with industry standards and follow the change management processes.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree and a minimum of two years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience; experience in project management, coordination, and planning. Demonstrated strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multi-task, and to learn and strengthen skills in ITIL and ISO methodologies; demonstrated ability to work independently and within a high performance work team. ITIL knowledge is a plus.
