MBA Adjunct Instructor
The College of Professional Studies and Advancement at National Louis University seeks experienced leaders in the field of business to join an energetic and collaborative team of adjunct instructors and faculty in our Master of Business Administration (MBA) Program.
NLU’s MBA program offers a diverse line-up of courses that present aspiring managers and business professionals with the skills they need to succeed in complex organizational settings. Specific course work for new adjunct faculty will include classes in Graduate Management Foundations, Macroeconomics, Managerial Economics, Strategic Marketing, Project Management, Leadership & Technology, and International Management.
• Research doctorate (PhD) or practitioner doctorate (DBA, DM, JD, etc.) in business, management, marketing, accounting, economics, or finance; OR a doctoral degree in a related field with a master’s degree in field (business, management, marketing, accounting, economics, or finance) plus 3-5 years of professional and/or managerial experience related to the coursework; OR a master’s degree in a business field with a minimum of 5 to 10 years of professional and/or managerial experience related to the coursework
• Experience with online and hybrid/blended instruction at the university level and adult learning models is required.
