    Faculty Position in Biological Chemistry at University of California, Irvine

    The Department of Biological Chemistry in the School of Medicine at University of California, Irvine, invites applications for a state-funded, tenured position at the Associate or Full Professor level.

    We are seeking outstanding individuals in all fields of cancer bioinformatics. We are particularly interested in candidates using cancer genomics data to discover genetic and epigenetic components that contribute to cancer initiation, progression, and metastasis.

    The individual will be associated with the Chao Comprehensive Cancer Center and the Center for Epigenetics and Metabolism at UC-Irvine. Candidates are expected to lead a well-funded, vigorous research program of high caliber and participate in the training of graduate and medical students.
