Assist the Instructional Space Coordinator with processing and managing the enterprise scheduling database managed by Classroom and AV Services (CAVS) used by the School of Medicine and Public Health (SMPH) on the SMPH campus. The incumbent will respond to electronic reservation requests, manage calendars, and provide customer service to students and staff. Position will report to the manager of CAVS. This position requires training at the office of CAVS in the Health Sciences Learning Center. Work can be done remotely once staff is proficient in the position.
This position assists in maintaining a complex scheduling data base for Classroom and AV Services (CAVS) room scheduling. This is an inter-disciplinary position that works closely with the faculty, staff and representatives from all Health Sciences (HS) schools and programs, including the Health Sciences Learning Center (HSLC), the UW Hospital and Clinics (UWHC), Wisconsin Institutes for Medical Research (WIMR) and the Medical Foundation Centennial Building (MFCB).

The position requires 16 hours per week, approximately 4 hours per day.
Standard work hours: Monday through Friday between the hours of 8 am and 5 pm.
