Oversee the Universities student billing, refunding and receivables systems including the design, development, analysis, modification of the Banner Receivables Module of the Student Information System. Assess needs of users, analyze processes and design and implement systems or solutions to meet specifications. Oversees department desktop support and technology inventory. Provide data analysis support for University receivables activities.
Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Bachelor's degree in technology related field and two years' related experience required.
Working knowledge of SQL and relational databases required. Effective organizational skills, desktop and office automation skills required. Commitment to exceptional customer service and commitment to diversity required.
Desirable Qualifications
Previous employment in a higher education setting desired. Experience with Ellucian Banner student information system, financial aid and/or accounting experience, and understanding of Oracle databases highly desired. Familiarity with PL/SQL, HTML, SQR within a Unix environment, SHELL scripts, JAVA, JAVASCRIPT and Groovy script highly desired.
