Usual Duties: The customer is the SHSU community of students, faculty, staff and visitors. Designs and delivers services that create a vibrant campus experience and a strong sense of community through the services provided and their delivery, all in support of the SHSU mission. Pursues customer-focused integration of services, both within Auxiliary Services and throughout the University.
Other Requirements for the Position: Bachelor's Degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Public Administration or related field. Five years of experience in a related field required. A minimum of 10 years progressive experience in managing auxiliary operations with at least 5 years of supervisory experience in one of the auxiliary departments preferred. Must have experience in Auxiliary area including supervisory experience and an expert in meeting customer expectations to accomplish customer satisfaction. A combination of education, experience, and training that would produce the required knowledge and abilities could be considered.
