Scheduling Coordinator

Reporting to the Division Manager, the Scheduling Coordinator is responsible for the on-going complex scheduling of both clinical and call assignments based on clinical providers, residency program, fellowship programs, and organizational requests. Generates a variety of scheduling related reports; reviews and responds to high volume of scheduling-related emails and serves as department resource regarding schedules. The incumbent also serves as the faculty compensation coordinator tracking all call, extra hours and subspecialty call payments and generating reports as requested. The incumbent will also provide training as necessary to members of the department regarding scheduling system. The incumbent is also responsible for managing a variety of special projects and assignments the scope of which may extend beyond day-to-day operations.

Salary: Hourly $21.54 - $29.29
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
