The Admissions Coordinator is an integral member of the team charged with recruitment, admission, yield management and program services for the Full-Time (FTMBA) program. Under supervision of the Director of Recruitment and Admissions for the Full-Time MBA Program, and general supervision of other department staff, the Admissions Coordinator has specific responsibility for the FTMBA recruitment cycle (~800 applications and 100 new MBA students per year). The Coordinator works directly with all prospective students throughout the recruitment and admissions process. Responsibilities include coordination of recruitment and admissions events and activities, interacting with prospective students and applicants, managing application files and admissions process. The Coordinator is also responsible for general administrative office support and management, including staffing the front desk and answering main FTMBA office phone and email inbox. Position requires interpretation and implementation of University and Department admissions policies.

Salary: Hourly $21.90 (Min.)
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
Career Position.
Monday-Friday 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, occasional evenings and weekends as required.
Final candidate subject to background check.
