Middlebury College seeks an Assistant Director, Center for Community Engagement to support multi-faceted efforts to design and implement opportunities that engage students locally, nationally, and internationally. The Assistant Director will provide specific leadership to oversee and administer Middlebury's mentoring and youth programs with special focus on building capacity in programs that improve college aspirations for children in Addison County. This position will also coordinate CCE's communications, marketing, and outreach by designing and implementing communications tools online and in print that promote the Center's initiatives, resources, and success stories.

Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred. 3-7 years related community engagement, non-profit, and/or higher education experience. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and marketing skills; proven leadership and organization skills with experience in oversight and planning; valid driver's license required; familiarity with multiple forms of media platforms as well as strong proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suites; and ability and experience to design and implement CCE workshops and trainings.
