Nova Southeastern University, a nationally recognized research university in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, seeks a Supervisor of Admission Services Operations, responsible for supervising assigned staff within the operations team, which ensures quality control of documents / processes as they relate to the undergraduate application procedure.

Activities for this position include, but are not limited to overseeing the completion of application files to ensure efficiency and integrity of admissions' databases; supervise staff to include hiring, mentoring and training; generate operations reports and distribute effectively; serve as liaison with other internal departments to ensure timely processing of application review. A successfully candidate with have a high degree of initiative and self-direction, be organized and meet deadline, play close attention to detail and be able to interpret policies and procedures for improvements.

A high school diploma or equivalent with five years of computer application and data entry related experience or an associate's degree and three years of related work experience are required. Graduates of Nova Southeastern University or other competitive, colleges and universities with prior enrollment process services experience (as a professional or student) are preferred. We seek candidates who have team-oriented collaboration, analytical and organizations skills, fervor for change, exuberance, a positive and professional attitude, as well as cogent writing and public speaking skills.
