Associate Professor - Academic Clinician Track - Neuropsychology

The Children's Hospital of Philadelphia and the Department of Psychiatry at the Perelman School of Medicine at the University of Pennsylvania seek candidates for an Associate Professor position in the non-tenure academic-clinician track. The successful applicant will be accomplished in the area of Neuropsychology. Expertise in the specific area of pediatric neural tube defects, metabolic diseases and sleep disorders is required. Responsibilities include conducting outpatient clinical neuropsychological evaluations for children with identified central nervous system injury or insult, and serving as the neuropsychologist for the Behavioral Neuroscience Core of the Center for Human Phenomic Science (CHPS), supervising the cognitive evaluation component of more than 40 different research studies across the hospital system. The successful candidate will contribute actively to psychology and child psychiatry training, and participate actively in departmental and institutional committees. Applicants must have a Ph.D. degree and have demonstrated excellent qualifications in education, research, and clinical care. License eligibility to practice in PA is required.
