Duties: The Research Project Manager A will be responsible for the set-up, implementation and oversight of experiments for research projects at the Center for Digital Health including: operationalizing study protocols and procedures, managing and conducting recruitment, screening, enrollment, and follow up for all study participants. Responsible for providing training and supervision to research coordinators and research assistants. Will work closely with the project director and other study leadership to plan and implement study procedures, collect and monitor data, manage project budgets, and report study progress internally and to study sponsors. Responsible for IRB submissions and correspondence and follow good clinical practices for conducting human subjects research. Communicate with external partners. Manage incoming data and works closely with data analysts to ensure proper transfer of data. Oversee team in prepping for weekly investigator meetings; manage publication drafting and submissions.

Qualifications: BA/BS and 3-5 years of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience required. Master's degree is a plus; strong organizational skills; comfort with new technologies and study devices preferred; experience carrying out randomized controlled trials research; excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
