Advertised Job Summary: Working in the Offices of Diversity & Inclusion and Community Engagement, the Assistant Director for Diversity, Inclusion and Community Engagement provides leadership and support for the efforts endeavored by the Offices of the Provost, Diversity & Inclusion and Community Engagement as they relate specifically to promoting and supporting diversity, inclusion and community engagement across the university. The Assistant Director manages research activities and projects, assists in the development and implementation of a communication plan, coordinates the collection and analysis of data associated with the diversity (distribution) of students, faculty and staff across the university system, and coordinates and administers surveys and collects survey results to be analyzed and prepared for presentation.

Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions): Master's degree in related field and 5 years related experience, or bachelor's degree in related field and 7 years related experience.
