Degree and Area of Specialization:

Master's degree in Composition & Rhetoric, Professional/Technical Writing, Communications; PhD preferred



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

Minimum 1 year undergraduate teaching required. Preferred areas of expertise include writing, public speaking, communications, and English as a Foreign Language.

We are seeking individuals with a demonstrated commitment to collaborative teaching, active student-centered learning, and innovative curriculum design and development. Well qualified candidates will have: experience in administrative and/or non-university settings, with insights into business-specific communicative practices. Will be effective communicators across contexts and audiences, work well with diverse groups of people, and possess excellent listening and teamwork skills. We value, coaching experience, and familiarity with social media, online course platforms, and other aspects of online communication.

Position Summary:

Lecturers will teach up to three sections each semester in General Business during the Fall of 2018 and Spring 2019.
