This position is responsible for providing administrative, office management, budgetary, and programmatic support for the Rhodos Living Learning Community and the Rhodos Faculty Principal.Minimum Qualifications (Classified and Unclassified positions)
Bachelor's degree, or high school diploma and 4 years work experience that is directly related to the area of employment; or equivalency.Preferred Qualifications
Bachelor's degree. Knowledge of University business operations, policies and procedures. Knowledge and understanding relating to information, design or computing fields.Knowledge/Skills/Abilities
Commitment to excellence and professionalism. Strong oral and written communication skills. Fundamental accounting. Must be highly organized with attention to detail. Ability to independently plan and organize complex activities to prioritize task completion according to schedules and goals in a dynamic environment. Strong computer skills including proficiency with Microsoft Office, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, electronic messaging and calendaring. Ability to learn new processes and skills as needed. Ability to critically evaluate own work as well as that of subordinates. Ability to work on a flexible basis when activities fall outside of normal working times, including nights and weekends.
