Position Description

Advertised Job Summary

A Testing Specialist is responsible for
general administrative duties as well as assisting with scheduling and administering all our standardized tests to include computer, internet and paper/pencil based exams. This position will ensure that the proper policies and procedures are adhered to for the various tests delivered. This position will be required to take and pass a certification exam for each testing company our office has a contract with.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities:

Provide information regarding testing procedures, testing regulations, scheduling examinations, and promote department's services to area students, alumni, and community.

Maintain security of Testing Center to protect the integrity of all testing material.

Review current testing policies to maintain up to date knowledge of testing procedures, regulations and costs.

Take phone calls and receipt payments.


High School Diploma with at least 2 years of administrative experience.
