Posting Summary:
The University of Virginia's School of Engineering and Applied Science seeks applicants for a full-time Administrative Coordinator in the Link Lab. This lab is an important, collaborative, interdisciplinary research and training facility supporting over two dozen leading faculty and over 100 graduate students with the mission of enhancing excellence in Cyber-Physical Systems (CPS) research that transcends traditional disciplinary boundaries.

Primary responsibilities include operational support for the Center including fiscal administration, procurement, communications, event coordination, and other administrative functions. The incumbent must be able to work independently of leadership to efficiently and effectively assist in the operations of Link Lab. The Coordinator will operate as the point of contact for many Link Lab activities including day-to-day support for Faculty and Students, organizing event activities, liaising with other University and outside parties. Additional duties include completing special projects and assisting in the development of Link Lab operating policies.

The preferred candidate will have a bachelor's degree in a related field, at least 2 years of experience working in an administrative capacity, be a self-starter and able to work independently on a variety of projects.
