Job Summary

Applicant will provide excellent customer service in Human Resources, assist staff with mailings, data entry, and other projects. Position requires some independent judgement and initiative on student's part. Must be reliable, punctual, dress appropriately for a high volume office setting, and will be expected to handle confidential information appropriately. Other related office duties assigned (filing, word processing, excel spreadsheets, making labels, typing, document imaging/scanning, etc.

Functional Attributes of Job Duty

Position does require some lifting of boxes, less than 30 pounds.

Minimum Qualifications

Detail orientated with high degree of accuracy, excellent customer service skills, PC computer skills (strong skills with Microsoft Word and Excel; office machine skills: copy machine, scanning etc.); ability and commitment to handle employee files and information in a responsible, accurate, and confidential manner. Applicant needs to be self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Must be punctual and follow a work schedule assignment.
