Help Desk Support Lead
Location: Lakeshore Technical College - Cleveland, Wisconsin
Full/Part Time: Full Time
Employment/Salary Classification: Support Staff Non-Exempt - $23.20 per hour
Under the direction of the Technology Services Manager, this professional administers and maintains the help desk system and provides quality technology support to college students and staff, ensuring a high degree of customer satisfaction, timeliness, and consistency, in accordance with college policies and procedures.
