Job Summary

1. Make student/employee IDs and maintain log sheets of them.

2. Collect parking permit registration information and issue the permit.

3. Sell bus passes & maintain log sheets of them

4. Perform cash register functions such as handling money for different department functions and ringing up sales for the ID area.

5.Inventory supplies used in ID room and keep it organized

6.Maintain appropriate appearance & cleaning of the facility.

7. Perform other tasks as assigned by Student Leadership & Development Director and staff


Minimum Qualifications

1.Post high school education/skills required in computer knowledge.

2.Accurate keyboarding skills

3.Ability to work with limited direct supervision.

4.Ability to communicate effectively in oral and written forms.

5.Willingness to help others with good customer service skills and maintain a positive attitude with students, faculty, and staff.

6.Willingness to be flexible with schedule if necessary.
