ASSISTANT DIRECTOR OF TICKET OPERATIONS
Duties: Assists in the management of the Penn Ticket Office, which includes the day-to-day operation and ticketed events for Penn Athletics, the Penn Relays, and outside events. Assists in the financial reporting to the Fiscal Office. Mange and supervise the part-time ticket staff. Manage database in ticket system and CRM software.
Qualifications: A Bachelor's Degree and 1 year to 2 years of experience or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Experience with Paciolan ticketing system and Salesforce CRM software preferred. Experience working with outbound sales team preferred. Ability to work nights, weekend, and holidays as required by the ticketed event schedule.
