Nature of Work
Responsible for design, implementation, and operational support of the UWG Online proctored exam processes, in support of students from all academic departments. Implements policies relating to testing integrity and processes to ensure compliance with SACSCOC and USG. Provides support to UWG Online faculty in initializing the proctored exam system at the beginning of each semester and session. Provides support to the UWG Online students by offering an array of test proctor options and assistance to select the best one aligned for the student’s need. Works with testing vendors to help manage and support program proctored exam test environments. Assists in coordination and production of annual reports, web content management, and reporting real-time and KPI metrics in appropriate areas. Will inform and work as a strong, highly-engaged team participant in initiatives to increase student success, including assisting ream in extracting key learning management system (CourseDen) data and course evaluation data for analysis. Provides outreach and support to USG eCampus students with proctored exam issues during the midterm and final periods, along with USG eCampus student success assigned students who are in need of at-risk and withdrawal support. Collects and tracks data related to differential tuition or fee revenue generated by UWG online courses. Provides accounting of erate or revenue for fully-online education courses at university, utilizing Banner and Peoplesoft to determine accurate calculation of tuition to be billed, exceptions, and revenue sharing. Ensures reporting deadlines to the VPAA and academic departments are met each semester, and prepare financial reports. Provides recommendations and reports for appropriate, growth-oriented expenditures and financial analysis. Other duties as assigned.
Bachelor’s Degree and 2-3 years related experience.
Demonstrated organization skills and ability to engage successfully with students.
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office, Access, Excel.
Ability to analyze, quantify and present data effectively.
Superior written communication skills, including spelling, grammar, and persuasion.
Knowledge of FERPA and student confidentiality requirements.
2-3 years’ experience in higher education and a Master’s degree are preferred. Proctored exam experience preferred.
$45,540 minimum - $58,632 midpoint
Physical Requirements/Working Conditions
Some evening or weekend work to meet deadlines.
