Visiting Assistant Professor of Economics
The Department of Economics, Accounting, and Business at Muskingum University invites applications for a one-year Visiting Assistant Professor position in Economics beginning Fall 2018. Ph.D. or ABD status in Economics required for this teaching-oriented position.
The successful candidate will have the ability to teach introductory and upper-level courses in economics, including principles and money and banking. We are particularly interested in candidates with an ability and interest in teaching lower-level finance courses as well.
Muskingum University, a comprehensive institution with a strong liberal arts tradition, is located seventy miles east of Columbus in the village of New Concord, OH. Founded in 1837, the University today has a traditional undergraduate enrollment of 1,300. The total undergraduate, graduate, and adult student population is approximately 2,500.
