Position Summary: The incumbent is responsible for the visionary and strategic leadership in the planning, operation and management of UC Irvine Health's clinical support services (Radiology, Clinical Lab, Rehabilitation, Respiratory, Interventional programs, Imaging, etc.). Responsible for oversight and implementation of the technical program planning and development, financial management (operating budgets, revenue and expense management, capital equipment, etc.) strategic planning, process improvement, customer service, patient satisfaction and policies and procedures development and implementation. Ensures programs and services are in compliant with UC administrative and business policies, as well as federal, state and local agency regulations.

Preferred Qualifications: Clinical License (e.g. CLS, ARRT, RT, Pharm.D, etc.)Experience in Lean Six Sigma as an improvement methodologyKnowledge of University and medical center organizations, policies, procedures and formsLeadership experience in an academic medical center environmentMBA or Masters in Healthcare Management or related field
