Assistant Director Of Academic Affairs & Faculty Compensation


Under general direction from the Executive Director of Academic Affairs and Faculty Compensation for the school of Medicine, the Assistant Director of Academic Affairs and Faculty Compensation works in conjunction with the Executive Director for both the College's academic personnel programs and processes as well as Health Sciences Compensation Plans, develops academic affairs policies, guidelines and criteria for effecting the achievement of the general operational and policy objectives of the College. The incumbent coordinates the College's academic personnel programs and processes with the policies and procedures of the Health Sciences Compensation Plans

Salary: Annual $Commensurate w/ experience
Total Hours: 8-5, M-F
