Job Description Summary:
The Graphic Designer is responsible for the design of print, digital media, advertising and branding for the university. Creative collaboration with multiple teams to increase brand presence.
Branding, identity, and experiential design for campaigns that include print, digital and environmental pieces.
Designs print comps, social media and digital assets & presentation decks.
Coordinate and assist with print production services, including working with print vendors, preparing print specifications and preparing files for final production and reviewing design proofs from vendor.
Attend set for photography assistance and art direction when needed.
Additional duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or communication design
3 years experience with a strong foundation in graphic design.
3 years experience in Adobe Creative Suite.
1 year experience in Brand identity.
A strong portfolio featuring print, digital and experiential design with examples of design process.
Strong communication skills, verbal and visual.
Passion and curiosity for design and problem solving.
Ability to collaborate and build on ideas with multiple teams.
Ability to contribute ideas for marketing campaigns based on insights and brand identity. Web and motion design experience. Excellent visual and verbal presentation skills.
