Position Category: Staff - Full-Time

Summary:
Under the direction of the Manager of Alumni Communications, the Coordinator of Website and Online Communications will: manage the Development & Alumni Relations websites, provide guidance and recommendations for site redesigns, create new web pages for online donations and event registrations. Create graphics, images, and other content for digital marketing and other communication purposes; write and design content for web pages and email campaigns and assist in all other duties relating to creation and maintenance of the digital presence of the Division of Development and Alumni Relations.

Required Qualifications:
Graduation from an accredited institution with an associate’s degree and two years professional experience in a related discipline or a combination of education and experience in a related field totaling four years.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge in web design, web content, web marketing.
Knowledge of web design best practices.
Knowledge of University web style guide and procedures.
Knowledge of web content management systems (particularly OUCampus and iModules), JavaScript, CSS, PHP, and dynamic HTML.
Knowledge of W3C and WCAG2 accessibility standards.
Skills in web design and coding.
Skills in the Adobe Creative Cloud Suite.
Skills in the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong writing and copy-editing skills.
Strong communication skills.
Ability to multi-task despite multiple overlapping projects and deadlines.
Ability to succeed in a fast-paced and diverse workplace environment with rapidly shifting priorities and deadlines.
Ability to work in a team environment with multiple constituencies and departments.
Ability to deal with sensitive information in a discrete and confidential manner.
Ability to be self-directed and proactive when accomplishing assignments with minimal supervision.

Physical Requirements:
General office environment requires ability to see, hear, speak, fine hand manipulation, sit for extended periods of time with occasional walking, standing, reaching, bending and lifting up to 10 pounds.

Pay Range: $30,105 to 37,565
