NYU's prestigious Leonard N. Stern School of Business has an exciting opportunity as a Career Resources Data and Reporting Analyst within our Office of Career Development. The Analyst will develop data collection, analysis, and reporting for career education and coaching utilization across career teams and MBA student populations. S/he will oversee the data management processes for statistics and figures that contribute to business-critical school rankings, and develop reports and surveys to measure ROI of Stern programs. The selected candidate will also report on predictive analysis and statistics that contribute to student career success, and will generate other ad-hoc reports for senior leaders. This position will manage the Career System and act as the subject matter expert within the team to resolve any issues for administrators.

Candidates must have a Bachelor's degree along with 2 years' of data analysis experience in a recruiting or academic setting. This must include experience with data collection, analysis, and reporting. A Master's degree in Data Analytics, Information Management, Statistics, Mathematics, or related is preferred. S/he should have excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills, with strong attention to detail. The ability to supervise staff and assign tasks is a must. Candidates must also have advanced proficiency with Excel, and familiarity with statistical models and regression analysis is preferred.
