Job Summary

Applicant will provide excellent customer service in the Admissions, Registration, & Records Call Center, answering and returning phone calls and emails, and scheduling and confirming advising appointments. Assist the Admissions, Registration, & Records team with mailings, data entry, and other computer projects. Cover the College Center Welcome Desk and assist students and general public with college information and directions. Training will be provided. Position requires some independent judgment and initiative on student's part; must be reliable and punctual and will be expected to handle confidential information appropriately.
Other related office duties as assigned (filing, word processing, typing, photo copying, document imaging/scanning, etc.

Minimum Qualifications

Detail orientated with high degree of accuracy, excellent customer service skills, PC computer skills, (strong skills with Microsoft Word and Excel; keyboard skills and other office machine skills: copy machine, scanning, etc.); ability and commitment to handle student files and information in a responsible, accurate, and confidential manner. Applicant needs to be self-motivated with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Ability and willingness to provide excellent service is a must; assist the public in a professional and pleasant manner; perform duties with limited supervision once trained; communicate clearly and effectively; must be punctual and follow a work schedule assignment.

Position requires some lifting of boxes, less than 40 lbs.

Work Hours
Hours are flexible depending on student schedule.
