Advertised Salary:

Minimum $48,333 ANNUAL (12 months)

Degree and Area of Specialization:

Bachelor's Degree required; preferred focus: biomedical or social science, healthcare or related field.



Minimum number of years and type of relevant work experience:

- At least one year of experience in clinical research required, oncology experience preferred.
- Preferred management experience, both project management and supervision of full time staff.

Position Summary:

The Clinical Research Team Lead will function on the Management Team within the Clinical
Research Disease Oriented Team (DOT) serving at the direction of the Clinical Research Program
Manager (POD manager). The incumbent will provide clinical support, leadership, and supervision
to a Disease Oriented Team as it pertains to Phase I, II and Phase III clinical research study
activation, protocol compliance, study conduct and completion. The incumbent must be able to
handle multiple projects simultaneously and work independently using initiative and good
judgment. A list of the primary duties has been listed below.
