Job Duties: The primary purpose of the position is to: support growing eCommerce initiatives which meet compliance requirements; provide/develop training and on-going technical support to campus units utilizing TouchNet U-stores (web based payment platform), U-pay sites (integrated payment pages with third party systems) and POS terminals(100+); serve as User Administrator for all TouchNet users(150+) and Administrator for TouchNet Marketplace module users; manage and audit PCI User Security and the PCI Security Awareness Training program(850+ users); manage inventory for all POS Terminals and POI devices (point of interaction) (300+) and perform required inspections; manage day to day operations of the Cellular POS Rental program and subsequent billing for rental contracts via Journal Vouchers; analyze merchant account statements(100+); submit requests on behalf of campus users to Office of State Controller (OSC) for access to Clientline and AMEX portals; provide user/password support to Clover and Payeezy users; assist with the development of eCommerce standard operating procedures; design, develop and distribute the PCI newsletter quarterly; design and maintain the departmental website; manage the scanning/indexing of eCommerce documents in Xtender; and other duties as assigned. This position will also be cross trained to complete bank reconciliations and will complete, at a minimum, one reconciliation each month. This position will serve as a member of the PCI Compliance Committee and the PCI Advisory Committee (developed in 2017). The eCommerce Analyst plays a significant role in the day to day operations for eCommerce and PCI, as the main point of contact for all TouchNet, POS Terminal and designated PCI users. In the absence of the eCommerce Manager, this position will represent the PCI/eCommerce office in all aspects. As such, communicating effectively with faculty, staff, ITCS, external entities such as the university's credit card acquirer/processor, the Office of State Controller and the University's primary payment gateway vendor is imperative. Providing timely and prioritized customer service to an audience of 850+ campus users; as well as determining when a problem needs to be escalated to the eCommerce Manager and/or AVC for Operations & Compliance Management is a necessity.
