The Reunion Giving Program seeks to strategically build partnerships with donors, volunteers, and university colleagues to maximize alumni engagement, goodwill, and support during the Reunion year.

The Reunion Giving Data Specialist provides data focused support and analysis to the Director, Reunion Giving Officers, Chair and Giving Committee Volunteers. The Data Specialist position focuses on managing and analyzing data for successful fundraising strategies for the program to include dollar and donor goal setting for 10-12 reunion undergraduate classes, solicitation strategies for alumni in each class according to past history, propensity to give and engagement. The Reunion Giving Data Specialist is expected to run complicated Reunion reports in Advance Web with the majority of reports in Access tables created by the Specialist. The Data Specialist will be responsible for managing Reunion databases for solicitation purposes and tracking results. The Specialist also prepares specialized reports for presentations to the Director and University Advancement.

The Reunion Giving Data Specialist is a working member of the Report Studio Group in developing reports for the Development Offices of University Advancement and across grounds. The Reunion Giving Specialist provides customer service to colleagues regarding report building or analysis of the Reunion Giving segments. The qualified candidate will have experience in creating databases, running statistical reports, and analyzing data.

Ability to evaluate and apply information and provide advice

Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication in daily interactions. Ability to clearly articulate specific information

Ability to work independently or as part of a team. Provide direct support to leaders, as needed. Complete tasks without immediate supervision

Ability to work weekends when necessary & travel for reunion giving volunteer workshop trainings

Must have a positive, service friendly attitude with both internal and external volunteers and donors
